What Causes Dizziness And Weakness After Exposure To The Sun?
got exposed to heat and heavy physical exercise. got dizzy and weak. went home. Drank bottle of Gatorade plus 4 bottles cold water. Went to bed, work up with same symptoms. Have history of Mild renal insuff (creatinine 1.5), hypertension, depression and chronic diarrhea. Taking amlodipine, hydrochlorothiaze, Levsin and Metamucil. My BMI is 32.2. At ER temp was 97.9, BP 146/83, pulse 86. BUN 24, creatinine 1.48, sodium 143, Urine specific gravity 1.026, white blood count was normal. After several liters of IV fluids overnight my BUN was 17 and creatinine 1.35. My cardiologist in sept. 2014 said I had chronic renal insufficiency and my creatinine was 1.5 then.

The symptoms you are experiencing are likely secondary to dehydration and overexposure to the sun.
In my opinion, the symptoms can also be related to low blood pressures after sun exposure.
I recommend drinking plenty of water and keeping hydrated.
I also reducing stress plus alcohol and tobacco intake.
Rest is very important to get better fast.
