What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting During 2 Months Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 2 months pregnant. Suddenly I felt uneasy and I don t remember anything after that. I was at train. Then I saw all other ladies were pulling me up. I was on the floor of train. Suddenly I got up. As they said I was unconscious for few seconds. Then I got down from train, sat on a seat. I had little vomiting and I was sweating a lot. This is the incident of yesterday. Today I m OK, just feeling weak. I m worried about my baby.

Hello Dear

Thanks for writing to us

Please do not panic at all.
Your problem of vomiting and nausea is ok in first trimester of pregnacy but you should not be having weakness.
You should take healthy diet to improve your strength.
You also need to consult your gynae regarding your problem as she may advise some iron and folic acid to combat your weakness.

Hope that helps

Thanks
