What Causes Dizziness And Tenderness In Lower Abdomen After Having Protected Sex?
I had protected sex for the first time over the weekend. I am not on birth control, but we used a condom and he was careful not to come inside me. My period is not due until the 28th, but I m feeling really anxious. My lower abdomen was a little tender the past two days, but now I m feeling a little dizzy. I m freaking out that something might have gone wrong even though we were both careful. Please help

Chances of conceiving are very low when safe sex is practiced.
But if you are still anxious, you can get a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
Tenderness in lower abdomen requires an ultrasound abdomen to assess the status of pelvic organs and other surrounding structures.
Dizziness can occur due to weakness or syncope.
You can get complete hemogram to know the level of hemoglobin.
Low hemoglobin level causes anemia and symptoms of tiredness and weakness.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of complete hemogram.
In addition, consult your gynecologist for pelvic ultrasound and thus assessment of the ultrasound for further work up.
