What Causes Dizziness And Tender Area On Chest Between Breast And Collarbone?

I have been suffering from moderate dizziness for some time now but it comes and goes. This last week it has been rather continuous. I am only 34 and have not been on any medications for at least 6 weeks if not more. Before that i was on Wellbutrin, and Prozac very low doses. My tongue and lips go numb anytime a dizzy spell comes on. I find it rather difficult to talk at times. In the last 2 weeks I have noticed a very tender area on my chest between my left breast and my collarbone. Any ideas? I don t know which doctor I should try to see and I am getting very concerned.

I can understand your concern.
Heart diseases can cause similar symptoms like left sided chest pain and dizziness.
So better to consult card and get done
1. Clinical examination of heart.
2. Blood pressure monitoring.
3. Ecg
4. 2d echo.
5. Stress test.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes stress and anxiety can cause similar symptoms. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But first rule out cardiac diseases.
