What Causes Dizziness And Sweating After Receiving A Cortisone Injection?

Yes Dr., Had a cortisone injection in my right shoulder 3 days ago. Woke up in the middle of the night fire. Then the next day did not sleep a wink, and was soaked to the bone in sweat. Very dizzy. Can you help me with answers to these comments please? Thank you
