What Causes Dizziness And Sweating After Playing A Sport?

Yesterday when I came back after playing badminton at around 9.45pm I felt little dizziness and little sweating on my fore head. Few days earlier also while on joy ride in amusement park I felt the same. That time intensity was more and also more sweating.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Too much exertion can cause these symptoms. Sometimes when you dehydrate a lot after playing sports these symptoms might be seen.

Make sure you drink sufficient amount of water or other fluids to maintain the electrolyte balance.

If the anxiety increases or continues, do not hesitate to visit your doctor in person regarding this.

As a small visit won’t hurt in fact physical examination is a must along with blood pressure measurement when you experience anxiety issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
