What Causes Dizziness And Speech Impairment While Suffering From Breast Cancer?

i have recently been diagnosed with triple neg breast cancer and the mri said no lymph spread as of now. I am having a lumpectomy today and will start chemo after healing. I have recently noticed subtle changes in my ability to find the words I need and feel dizzy once in a while. My husband has noticed my speech issue, I am substituting the wrong words in a sentence. I am hoping that stress can be a reason for this because my concern is that my brain is being affected by the cancer.

Hello,

You need to have a MRI for the brain. I am not saying it could be metastasis but we never know.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Harshita, Ophthalmologist
