What Causes Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath In A 69-year-old?

Hi, thanks for listening. Am 69 years old. Ride a bike 10 miles to work. Lately, after being at work for 5 or 10 minutes, I feel dizzy, have shortness of breath, and some nausea. The dizziness and shortness of breath come in waves. Never had this before this week. Kind of scary.
