hi my doctor stopped my metformin because my blood acid was too high and he wants to reavaluate me in a month.ive been very thirsty and getting dizzy spells so i checked my blood sugar and it was 460.what should i do? i still take januvia 100 each morning.thank you

Your all sufferings most probably for your high blood sugar.
There are many others medication for control diabetes.

Consult with a diabetologist for control of your blood sugar, you need dose modification.
