What Causes Dizziness And Rapid Heart Rate After Taking Zoloft?

I ve been on 25mg of zoloft for a couple weeks and this morning I took two midol for period cramps and I felt fine until about 2pm today and I feel dizzy, nauseous, weak, and shaky and my heart is racing a little bit but I do have mitroo valve. But why do I feel like this?

Hello,

Your taking a higher dose of benzodiazepin. I think you may developed panic attacks or anxiety neurosis.

Your mitral valve regurgitation due to volume overload may lead to palpitations. Other possibilities like alcohol or excessive caffeine intake may can cause this problems.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
