Hi welcome to HCM
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Arrhythmias of heart. So get investigations like EEG,2 dimensional echocardiography of your heart, lipid profile, complete blood counts.Drugs like Metolar and anxiolytics will be helpful.Monitor blood pressure and heart rate regularly.Electrophysiological study followed by radiofrequency ablation will be the treatment of choice once diagnosis is confirmed.Exercise regularly. You should have adequate sleep.Avoid stress and anxiety.Consult cardiologist for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
