What Causes Dizziness And Nausea While Suffering From Low BP?
I have been feeling dizzy for several weeks. Not just with a quick movement, eg, standing up to fast. Nauseous sometime. I thought it might be low blood pressure as my BP has been running a little low. BSL are good. My head feels, spongy? Like if I just had another coffee, or got fresh air but nothing seems to help. I had had blood work done but it has not come back yet. This is getting worse and effecting my daily routine now.

please monitor your bp take plenty of fluids avoid caffeine get your electrolytes checked and if need be take electrolyte supplementation.
it would have been more informative if you also intimated us your sex, age and weight also in case you are on any other medications for any illness
