What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Having Almonds?

Hello, last night after dinner I was eating some almonds for a late snack during class and I started to feel slightly lightheaded and had nausea suddenly. Ok before. Shortly after that I noticed mild stomach pain. This morning feel a little better but mild stomach discomfort, slight ringing in the ears, stomach cramp, and slight lethargy. I have history of GERD (had Lap Nissan), asthma, allergies. I don t think it is a flare up there. I have been on a vegetable-heavy liver cleanse for the past 4 weeks and was feeling like I had more energy. I am wondering - stomach flu?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms can be related to a stomach flu. They probably are not related to the consume of almond. I suggest you to use Reglan for the nausea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
