Very tired no energy.
As per your query, you have symptoms of dizziness and metallic taste in the mouth which is because of hormonal changes, altered blood flow to brain, stress and mainly because of viral infection among oral cavity.
I would suggest you to visit oral physician once and get it examined. Dentist may refer you to neurologist as well. Till then, take multivitamin for this, antacids can prevent feeling of dizziness. Also, take tablet Acetaminophen.
Drink plenty of water, take diet rich in proteins, keep chewing sugarless candies, and maintain oral hygiene with beta-dine gargles two times a day.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
