What Causes Dizziness And Loss Of Body Balance?

Recently I have found it hard to make conversation. Not the physical act of speech just oddly not having anything to say which is very out of character for me. My balance is not good I feel clumsy. I trip over nothing often like my foot just doesn t get lifted enough. Before I could move like a dancer with no problem. I have bouts with dizziness and being light headed. Sometimes I am at a lose for a word and can t come up with the word I am trying to say. I am having vision problems with one eye often like a cloud is in my eye also like my eye lid is heavy yet does not appear to droop.

Hello...Your symptoms are suggestve of a neurological problem.
It could be something straightforward like vitamin b12 deficiency which may explain all the symptoms you are having,or something more insidious.
I strongly recommend that you visit a neurologist who will examine you thoroughly. You may probably need to get am mri scan of the brain as well.
Please do so at the earliest since it essential to start treatmet as soon as possible.
