General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This is a side effect of Sumatriptan and a problem reported by many. These may reflect an autonomic disturbance which is also likely to be responsible for the episodes of dizziness and syncope or inability to concentrate. If the symptoms continue, take medical assistance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
