General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I understand your concern.
Dizziness & unstedyness after exercise indicates .. over exertion/ low blood sugar ( if it's done on an empty stomach)/ high or low blood pressure.
You should get a general health check up with few investigations for Hb%, S. calcium/ weight/ diabetes.. & start with treatment if required.Consult expert physical instructor & get specific exercises & diet prescribed .. this will improve your health & tolerance too.
Thanks
