What Causes Dizziness And Heart Palpitations?

About 50 mins ago I became weak and lightheaded. Immediately took a Bayer children s aspirin. Sensation of pressure came upon me and I could feel my heart beating faster. I began to pray and speak too my body as I slowly inhaled and exhaled. Then a weird. Shaking began in my abdomen area. Like my body was ha it s own little earth quake in on spot/place. Now I am really trying to stay in control so I assume it s the aorta and I tell it to stop. It slows down icontinue with the breathing and thanking g God. Do you know what just happened to me? Yes I do have high blood pressure.

Hello,

You may have developed an episode of arrhythmia or angina pectoris.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid alcohol, get an ECG and blood pressure examination done. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
