What Causes Dizziness And Fainting?

Whenever I am in the sun for even a short period of time I get dizzy and have almost fainted several times. I also get beet red. I thought it might have to do with the meds I take which are Crestor and Amitriptylene. However when I research them it doesn t indicate that is one of the side effects.
