What Causes Dizziness And Electric Shock Sensations In The Body?

Here s an odd one. My 24 year old daughter just called & said she s having problems with shocks in her body starting around her eyes when she turns her head & the shock goes either down her arm or her legs. She also has been dizzy. It started with pressure on one side of her face near her ear (which she thought was probably sinuses).The pressure has subsided, however, now she s having these shocks that have become increasingly annoying.Any ideas?

may be developing facial palsy clinical examination to exclude facial nerve paralysis should be done. neurologist should be consulted lagophthalmus be treated for expo user keratitis. tab neurobion forte be given daily. short course of steroid may be given with tapering.
