What Causes Dizziness And Diplopia Despite Having High Blood Pressure?
Yes On Friday I had an incident while driving my car. Sudden onset of dizziness and double vision. This caused me to end up in the ditch. I have not felt completely right since. I have High blood pressure an am on medication for that an my cholesterol is 211. I have an appointment with my Dr. on Wednesday. Off an on I feel light headed but not enough to loose balance and or pass out. Should I try to get in to see my Dr sooner

As you explain the situation yes I recommend you to be seen by your doctor sooner. After an accident head trauma should be absolutely excluded. Nevertheless if your symptoms are getting worse than you should go to ER for further examinations
