My son has been sick for over a month and they can not find out what it is. He says that he has dizziness with a constant headache. He is lethargic and he says the only thing that helps is to sleep or lie completely still on his back. He has seen a nd and had blood work done that came back normal and an mri that was normal. He is scheduled for a lumbar tap and an e k g they say it can t be vertigo or an inner ear infection. He can t work and at his wits end. And suggestion what it could be or what to do.
