What Causes Dizziness And Chest Pain While Suffering From Strep Throat?

I tested positive for strep throat on December 1st and took all my antibiotics that I was prescribed yesterday. Both yesterday and today I've had some dizzy spells, chest pains, headache, achy body, coughing and can't catch my breath. Overall I just feel terrible. I have a call into the doctor but I might not get a call back today. Any ideas? Could amoxicillin have not killed all the strep and it has gone into pneumonia?

As a physician, I would like to tell you that from the symptoms you may be suffering from an added infection resulting in bronchitis and pneumonia. Thus, I would suggest that you take full course of antibiotics and if the symptoms and sore throat does not subside, you should visit your consulting physician to be examined clinically and change the antibiotic course if necessary.
