What Causes Dizziness And Bradycardia After A Steroid Injection Shot?

I received a steroid injection at around 12 noon today for my sinusitis. Its now 1130 and I feel dizzy, my lips feel numb, my heart beat feels light, and I m thirsty. I have no pre-existing cardiovascular disease or problems of clotting or high blood pressure. I m also not diabetic, just recovering from a cold that turned into Sinusitis. Are these normal symptoms? How long will they last? Age: 33 BP: 118/80 RHR: 71

there is no indication of steroid in sinositis first x-ray pns to be done to rule out sinositis steroid has many side effect. it can induce hyper tention and diabetes. with draw steroid by tapering.
