What Causes Dizziness And Abdominal Cramps?
Hi, I get very dizzy when I stand up along with a short loss of vision, everything goes back for a couple of seconds and I have to hold on to something in order to not fall. I also have abdominal pain, menstrual like cramping. Can you give me any information on why this happens?

It is possible that you have enteritis wherein one looses lot of electrolytes in the intestine and then gets the symptoms like you have.
Another possibility is that you may be suffering from a medical condition like typhoid or so - weakening the body's natural responses.
