What Causes Dizziness Along With Tinnitus?
Like so many of the posts I ve seen I too have flashes of dizziness. Not spinning....Almost like my eyes are trying to cross. If I look from left to right or opposite or up and down, I get this buzz or it sounds like a drummer brushing his drum with the brushes. Sometimes it sounds like pfft or like the noise a but makes when it hits a bug zapper. Nausea, vomited several times. Had very minor pains in left side of chest under breast. Seem to get angry quickly. NOT LIKE ME REALLY..... H-E-L-P PLEASE......L.M.C.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness along with tinnitus. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma or cervical spondylosis . Sometimes migraine can also cause such symptoms. Even TMJ problem can also cause such symptoms . Avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day . Apply dry warm compresses on ear. You should take oral broad spectrum Antibiotics to treat the infection. Put anti-inflammatory ear drops and take supplement known as ginkgo biloba , which is really helpful in case of tinninus. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined , who may order CT scan , rotatory chair test along with taking history. Start treatment after proper prescription. Doctor may also recommend hearing aid , meniett device , steroid injection or vestibular therapy . Doctor may also refer you to dentist or oral surgeon for TMJ problem.
