My sister was injured last month. She has been suffering from dizziness, lack of focus and balance, bad headaches, numbness, pain in elbow. She stepped on piece of glass and left foot is still hurting, there appears to be a bit of glass left in the foot, and was told by an online doctor to get mri and physical therapy. But, we need referral for physical therapy and mri for her left foot and her head injury. We are in the bay area and any office close to Hercules, ca. We have an mri office nearby.
