What Causes Dizziness Along With Excessive Sweating And Stomach Ache?

I have had three instances of the following symtoms. The first time I was told it was heat exhaustion but yesterday it was not hot out at all and occurred 30 minutes after exercise. I start out feeling like I need to sit down. Then I get dizzy, sweat profusely, stomach aches. I have to lay down. Then I get very cold, goose bumps and clammy skin. Then I am exhausted and feel tired all day. I am 57

Hello,

In my opinion, we should definitely rule out hypertension and heart diseases for your symptoms.

So consult a cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ECG, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test).

You may need antihypertensive drugs and cardiac supportive drugs if needed.

If all of these reports are normal then no need to worry much for heart diseases.
