What Causes Dizziness Along With Breathing Difficulty?

My husband has been extremely lightheaded along with having problems breathing normally. He started diarrhea last friday and it has slowly stopped but for the last 5 days he coughs until he throws up browner vomit. And its never more than a cup. Nurses thought it was just allergies draining. So he started nasal sprays, allergy meds, sleeping propped up. Because when he lays down he feels like his breathing worsens.

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that you most likely your husband has heart issues which why he is breathing heavily and can not lie down supine so you should better consult a physician or a cardiologist personally for proper physical and diagnostic evaluation and treatment.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards
