General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query about your daughter and here are my thoughts.

Such attacks of passing out, blurry vision, raised heart rate and respiration and coming back to normal within a minute or two can be due to the following reasons:
Syncope attack wherein vagal tone raises.
Hysteria, common in young females.
Problems related to brain like SOL that space occupying lesion, seizures or so.
All these things needs a very detailed clinical evaluation, examination and MRI, EEG and other investigations to get to the exact cause.
This makes a specific treatment possible.
Also needed is in depth observation by you and other family members as it helps the Neurologist or other Specialist to correlated to the findings.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
