What Causes Dizziness After Having Eye Drops?

I have been having vertigo. Went to eye doctor because I was having problems with my contacts and redness in eyes. Dr told me I have a viral infection in both eyes and gave me antibiotic and steroid drops for my eyes. I am now having vertigo after I was on eye drops. Called office and they stated drops are not causing the dizziness. I have had vertigo in the past but it has been years since I have had a spell. Can the eye drops throw me into a spell?

as per your information if both of eye have got viral infection, tn antibiotic and steroid are contraindicated. in my opinion for vertigo mid ear check up is most important. conduction and nerve deaf ness tobe tested. rotation test is to be done so far as eye refraction and muscle function of eye is to be done. with all the test diagnosis can be done. can start vertin tablet daily.
