What Causes Dizziness After Eating, Shaking Of Body And Stomach Gurgling?

i have a friend who is experiencing what he calls a fever but the symptoms are a little different i think. he feels dizzy sometimes after eating, he feels like his body is shaking, when he tries to eat he says his stomache like gurgles and he cant really eat anything else. he has started drinking more water because he said he's probly dehydrated too. do you know what might be wrong with him?

It is a possible infection of the intestine with systemic manifestation causing pyrexia. As per my evaluation, he requires basic lab tests to find out the underlying pattern of infection and treat accordingly.
