What Causes Dizziness After A Wrist Injury?
I felt and boke my wrist on Saturday , got surgery for my wrist. I got bleeding in my forhead, and MRI TC Scan show my head is OK no damages, but I feel dizzy and light headached . IS it something wrong to my head ? brain ? I took Advil for pain relief . Thanks

There might be some minor concussion which can not be detected in CT scan. Severe pain can also cause dizziness following trauma. As of now drink water and take adequate rest and it will be resolved soon.
