i get a strange sense of dejavu or flash backs, something will trigger it, like a certain place or space im in a smell or something someone says, I know exactly when this weird feeling is about to happen and when its about to end. while it happens I feel extremely sick and nauseous and afterward I remember it happening but cannot remember what I was doing before the episode happens not can I explain how it feels or what triggered it after but when it happens I am immediately familiar with how it makes me feel after it happens I also feel extremely dizzy....what could this be?? generalized anxiety disorder
