What Causes Dizziness After I Started Exercising?

I started exercising six weeks ago and was quite sedentary prior to that. Since I have been exercising I am experiencing slight dizziness and issues focusing. I have had blood drawn to have things checked out but am getting nervous. I experience a light head or just off feeling daily. Not all day but it flutters through out. Any thoughts?

Hi ,
Can you get back with the following details
1. Your age
2. Any history of diabetes or heart disease
3. Do you feel like your heart is beating fast
4. Do you have chest pain or breathing difficulty or any blackout ?

I will review once you get back .In case you don't have these symptoms it is just normal initially when you exercise to have these symptoms and they ll get better from the next day onwards.
I find this answer helpful
