What Causes Disturbance In Sleep Pattern?

For the last couple of nights, I ve been going to sleep at 3:00 am. I get in my bed and try to go to sleep at 10-11. I was wondering if there were any basic reasons for it or if I should start doing something to counter act it. I m not really tired the next day either.

Are you stressed about something? Do you have coffee/tea in the evening? On any new medications? Do you workout in the evening? Those are the common reasons why people have trouble getting to sleep.
If there is anything that I have said which is applicable in your case, please try to fix it and see if you are improving. Likewise, try to not sleep during the day if you do. Let me know how you are doing.
