What Causes Discomfort On The Left Testicles?

Hi am experiencing uneasiness in testicles for the last 2 weeks. I experience the pain the most when I continuously sit for hours and or when wearing tight pants. I have noticed it more on my left testicle and when I wear loose clothes or don't sit for long am alright.Am 26 , plz advice

What i got from your Question are
- 26 yrs, male
- uneasiness in Left testicle
- for last 2 weeks
- aggravates on prolong sitting and
- relieved on activity or wear loose clothes
I need answer to these Questions for better diagnosis
- Is there any swelling?
- any dragging sensation?
- fever?
- pain on feeling the testicular cord?
- difficulty in urination?

I appear to be varicocele (dilated testicular veins), it needs further examination by a general surgeon. He may advise some investigations like Ultrasonography scrotum which will tell the exact pathology.
