What Causes Discomfort In The Pelvis Post UTI?

I was treated for a UTI because I had classic symptoms but the urine culture came back negative. I finished taking the antibiotics but my pelvic region still feels uncomfortable--mild discomfort while before when I sought treatment it was unbearable. Is there something else that could be going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
You really need to be examined clinically for proper assessment.
In my opinion there is need to get your X RAY KUB along with abdominal ultrasound scan in order to pick the pathology.
meet your attending physician
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
