What Causes Discomfort In The Groin Area?

Hello, yes I have discomfort in my groin which makes it hard to bend down. I ve had X-rays and my hips are fine with a small amount of arthritis. The Dr said it might be soft tissue damage, but both legs at the groin have swollen lynth nodes. Aspirin or Advil helps some.
