General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that there is some scarring due to the surgery which may cause problems.

Usually symptoms would include shortness of breath or chest pain.

There are also other causes of chest pain.Chest pain can be related to any structure in the chest eg skin, lungs, heart, muscles, bones

You may need imaging of the chest ( X ray), to look for a possible cause.

I hope this helps
