Hey .. I did my first time intercourse without a condom, which is something fool to do , after that I m feeling like my dick got sealed or something .. now its has been 3 weeks after that day and I m feeling like air bubbles in there.. Hello dear from my opinion regarding the symptoms you are portraying after your first Intercourse is usually due to hormonal changes in your body since you did not use condom go for urine culture test to rule out possibility of bacteria infection
