I m 6 weeks postpartum, recently had a bad sinus infection that didnt get treated, been on and off with anxiety attacks, prehypertension to essential hypertension, mom of 1 yr old plus 6 wk old, breastfeeding occasionally, now I am beginning to feel discomfort in my right breast that radiates up to collar bone and behind my right ear accompanied by shortness of breath. Not sure what s going on. Ob is running tests on adrenal gland. What else could it be?
