General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Elbow pain is often caused by overuse. Many sports, hobbies and jobs require repetitive hand, wrist or arm movements.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Rest your fingers, wrist, and forearm muscles to allow your tendon to heal.
-use ice or cold packs for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, several times a day.
Wear a counterforce brace during activities that require grasping or twisting arm movements.
-use pain relievers if necessary
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
