What Causes Discomfort And Pressure Feeling In Lower Abdomen Area?

Hi ..... have a uncomfortable tearing like feeling and pressure on what seems like the lower right abdomen area .... I m not running to the toilet but have done before when I ve had this feeling and also had a feeling of going even after going though sometimes nothing passes .... no blood and mo pain passing urine and the colour looks normal

Looking at the history it seems to be colitis
UTI ruled out as there is no dysuria or frequency

Please have a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor with some dietary modification and avoidance of excessive worry or stress.
