Hi I m brian I have been have n sum discomfort in my testicles mainly squishy and my left is a lot larger than the right and my sak is bothering me 24 7 I also see that I have 2 small black dots on the left side doesn t appear to b a seed tick more like a blood blister sex is rare now I m 38

I really appreciate your concern, size and length does not matter at all, length may very from time to time and it is not the disease condition, black dot may not be skin disease unless it is being diagnosis with clinical examination till then it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
