What Causes Discharge Of Yellow Liquid Through Rectum Immediately After Taking Food?

Hi, Recently my bowel movements have changed drastically. When I eat my food goes straight through me within 10 minutes as a yellowish liquid. Also, I used to be able to drink amounts of alcohol but recently I get halfway through one glass then I start getting light headed, feeling nauseated, hot sweats, headaches and bad acid re-flux. It feels like a bad hangover before I get chance to drink. I am female aged 27

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted that you are a female patient of 27 years and getting a problem of intolerance to alcohol that you can not have even half of a glass of drink that you start getting headache, hot seats, nausea and bad acid reflux along with bad hangover.
This indicates that you have developed an intolerance to alcohol. This is body's indirect way to say no to alcohol hence stop it altogether.
Your second problem is related to changed bowel movements to the extent that within 10 minutes of having food you are getting yellowish liquid.
This indicates that you have reflex that is triggered by food so that you are getting bowel movement in the form of yellow liquid.
This is indicative of IBS or intestinal infection or a focus of infection in the abdomen and has to be investigated as follows.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
Ultrasound to start with and CT scan if required.
Colonoscopy
All these investigations will help to get the correct diagnosis and hence can help to plan the treatment which may be in the form of :
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, electrolytes if deranged and to avoid the weakness.
