What Causes Dilated Pupil, Vomiting And Headache In A 9 Year Old?

My grandson is 9 years old and I have noticed on occasion that his pupils are dilated. He has been having headaches and vomits sometimes afterwards. He seems to fall around a lot and has started having some issues with his being attentive in school. Can you give me some insight as to what could be wrong?

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. By what you quote I fell he is suffering form a seizure disorder. He needs work up and evaluation. Did he have measles in the past 5-7 years. If so you need to consider a condition called SSPE. I suggest you consult a neurologist immediately. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time.
