What Causes Difficulty When Swallowing Food?

hi my name is robyn im 52 yrs old. Four months ago i choked on a peice of sausage and went to Dr. The DR said i just scratched my thoat it will heal in a few days. Well here is 4 months later and i still cant eat no solids food and i have to spit all the time and it looks likes foam like bubbles like i drank soap. i had a scope done they said things were good. Noone seems to know whats the matter. Can you help me?
