What Causes Difficulty Stools In Infants?

My one month and 15 days old baby boy did not pass stool for five days then our pediatrician advised us to use dulcolax suppository. We did it once and he did it. But after that , he did not pass his stools again, 4 days now..Our pedia gave us Duphalac to be taken once a day. Is something wrong? im worried..Please advise. thanks
