Hello,

According to your complain, you have problem of pain at hip bone area and functional movement is also affected. That may be because of muscular strain or any bony facture. Do 1 x-ray of hip bone so that any facture of bone can be detected. Consult orthopedic doctors for further diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
